How to Join

If you're interested in becoming a Lymow One beta tester, please follow these steps:

1. Sign up

Fill out our Beta Tester Application Form  *You'll need to log in with your Gmail to access the form 

This form helps us better understand your experience and lawn conditions. It includes 15 questions, with the last one asking you to upload photos or videos of your lawn. Taking some pictures or recording a short video in advance will make the process faster and easier.

2. Application Review
During the review, our team may contact potential candidates to confirm details to participate. Selected testers will receive an official invitation email. The tester list will be published only after mutual agreement.

3. Tester Announcement
The announcement will be made on March 25 via Facebook Page and Official Facebook Group.

4. Testing & Feedback Submission
Use Lymow One in your daily routine and share detailed feedback on performance, usability, and any issues. High-quality content submissions are highly encouraged to showcase real-world usage.

 

Note：

1. Testers are expected to provide detailed reports on mapping performance, daily mowing routines, various app functions, and overall usage experience — including problem scenarios, operating conditions, and user interactions — during the 2-month testing period.

2. Kickstarter backers who are selected as testers will receive both the beta version for testing and their pledged product following the crowdfunding delivery schedule. 

3. Lymow reserves the final decision on tester selection, testing outcomes, and any related matters.

Do I need to pay for shipping?

No. Lymow will pay to ship the product to you

Do I need to return the product?

No, tester can keep the Lymow One beta version as a token of appreciation for their valuable feedback.

I backed Lymow One on Kickstarter. If I become a beta tester, will the beta unit be my final delivery?

No, the beta unit is for testing purposes only. As a Kickstarter backer, you will still receive your pledged product according to the crowdfunding delivery schedule.

I'm not a backer of Lymow One, can I also apply?

Yes, anyone can apply. We prioritize our Kickstarter backers in the beta tester selection process. However, as beta testing requires a suitable lawn environment, technical aptitude, and active collaboration with our team to resolve issues, final selection will be based on a comprehensive evaluation of all factors.
