Policy Overview
At Lymow, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. We provide a 30-day return & refund policy for all orders placed on Lymow's official website (www.lymow.com). In the event of a conflict between the English version and other language versions, the English version shall prevail.
By using your Lymow product, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use your Lymow product.
Cancellation
For in-stock products, we accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. For pre-order products, we accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or production begins, subject to Lymow’s instruction regarding specific pre-order products on the Lymow Store.
If the order is canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, no fees will be charged.
If the order is canceled after 24 hours of placing the order or the order is unshipped, we will charge a transaction fee for the refund (transaction fees vary by country and platform, please refer to the sheet below).
If the product has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order. You will need to apply for a return and refund after receiving the product.

You can apply for a return if you meet the following conditions
- Within 30 days on the second day after you the items, and they also meets the following conditions: No product quality issues, the product is unopened, unactivated, or unused, and the packaging and all accessories are intact.
- Within 30 days on the second day after you receive the items, and also meet the following conditions: Lymow confirmed that the product cannot be used due to product quality issues.
We have the right to refuse customers' return requests in the following situations
× Those who exceed 30 days after the product has been delivered to you.
× The returned items are opened, incomplete, the outer packaging, accessories, gifts, instructions are incomplete, or the appearance is damaged due to artificial reasons.
× Collisions caused by non-product quality problems, as well as product quality problems caused by unauthorized modification, incorrect installation, and failure to use and operate according to the instructions.
× Tear up, alter labels, machine serial numbers, waterproof marks, anti-counterfeiting marks, etc.
× Products damaged due to unavoidable factors such as fire, flood, lightning strike, traffic accident, etc.
× Items not shipped back within 7 days of return approval.

How to Return
Please kindly contact our customer service team at service@lymow.com. Our customer service team will determine whether your order is eligible for return. After confirming your order is eligible, you will receive instructions on how to properly pack the products and return them to us. Please confirm the return address before sending back, and make sure all components and accessories are included in the original package.
Return and Refund Processing Time
Please kindly note that after your product is returned and signed for by Lymow's warehouse, our staff still needs some time to check whether the product meets the return and refund criteria, which may take 3-7 working days. After the inspection is completed and confirmed to meet the return and refund criteria, we will issue you a refund and notify you. Depending on your payment method, your refund may take up to 15 working days to be returned to your account. If you have any questions during this period, please contact your payment institution.
