1.How much is Lymow One?
The Super Early Bird price for Lymow One is $1899. The Deposit Offer is $1699. Please note that the Deposit Offer will be limited.
2.Shipping fee & Custom fee?
We are still negotiating the best logistics plan with our logistics suppliers and the exact cost is still being finalized. We will update you in the Facebook group once it is done.
3.Why should I place a deposit before the campaign goes live？
By making a deposit, you are eligible to order Lymow One at the most favorable price of $1699 and get a free blade set. Save $1300 from the retail price of $2999 - an additional $200 off the super early bird price! Furthermore, the deposit is 100% refundable should there be a change of heart. Your satisfaction is our priority.
4.What are the steps for placing a deposit and redeeming the discount?

Step 1: Make a $50 Deposit to secure the Limited Deposit Deal on this page. Please ensure that the email used to purchase the Super Early Bird Deal matches the email used when placing the deposit.

Step 2: Head to the campaign page and pick your perks and add-ons. We will officially launch in late September. Every reservation held will receive the purchase link via email.

Step 3: Get Your Refund and a special gift. After the Kickstarter campaign concludes, we will initiate the refund within 14 working days. The $50 deposit will be refunded through the same payment method used for your initial payment, while the remaining $200 will be refunded via the payment method chosen when purchasing on Kickstarter. The free blade set will be shipped with your Lymow One.

5.lf I’ve already purchased the deposit but experience a change of heart, how can l refund the deposit?
If you no longer wish to purchase the product, you can request a refund for your deposit. Simply email info@lymow.com from the email address you used to reserve the discount, and we will process your refund within 7 working days. Please note that you will be subject to transaction fees incurred during the refund process.
6.Why should I need to use the same email address to place the deposit and place an order on the crowding platform?
To ensure a smooth refund process, we will match the email address used for placing your order to our pre-order list to verify if the backer has placed a deposit. Please make sure that the email address that you use to place the deposit order matches your email used for placing the order.
7.How many deposit orders can I make?
Please make the deposits based on how many units you would like to purchase. However, please note each deposit is valid for one Lymow One only. If you wish to purchase two or more Lymow One, you will need to make multiple deposits accordingly.
8.What is the shipping time?
We are actively working on optimizing our product and are pleased to announce that we are on track to begin shipping in January 2025. Now we have entered the trial production phase, and have sent out some prototypes to influencers and testers for testing.
